**Job Requirement**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Lead and take ownership in the overall creative production [pre production, production and post production], ensuring alignment with brand goals and creative vision.
- Oversee line production: budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Manage stakeholders across internal teams and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors). And ability to collaborate in a cross team capacity to get daily tasks done.
- Handle day-to-day production tasks, including strategizing for video content and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Managing compliance and overseeing funnel discussions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with talent, vendors, and suppliers.
- Evaluate and check the quality of deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload effectively to ensure timely delivery.

**EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in creative production, line production, and project management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in or with creative agencies/production houses.
- Ability to lead and manage day-to-day operations while aligning with brand strategy.Minimum 5 years of experience in the design
- Software skills: Adobe premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- 5+ years of experience in production/creative agency
- Knowledge of video codecs, file formats and compression techniques
