**JOB DESCRIPTION - GM-OPERATIONS**

Our Client is a leading bakery and restaurant chain in Trivandrum with 25+ years of legacy. Hiring an experienced GM-Operations for formulating overall strategy, conducting business development activities, managing outlets profitably, leading employees, and overseeing the day-to-day operations.

**Work Location**: Trivandrum

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for top management

**Skills required**:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Control budgets and optimize expenses
- Knowledge of business processes and functions
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Gross Salary**: Rs.10 lakhs per annum

**Education**: MBA preferably.

**Experience**: 12-15 years out of which last 5 years in similar Capacity

**Age**: Around 40 years

**Salary**: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
