Job Summary:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and leads. This role involves creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to improve our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and implement creative content strategies for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Create engaging posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
Social Media Management: Manage daily activities on social media channels, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers. Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all platforms.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Prepare reports on social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Recommend and implement new strategies to keep the brand's social media presence innovative and relevant.
Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates. Address customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and messaging. Maintain a cohesive and authentic brand presence across all platforms.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3years of Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution. Familiarity with social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong creative and organizational abilities. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Attributes: Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on social media trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
