**Job Description: SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE**

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns and budget management.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic graphic design skills (familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
