**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Trainer - BFSI** to join our team and help drive the success of our skill development programs. As a Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering training sessions, guiding students through the BFSI sector's core competencies, and ensuring they are well-prepared for future career opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to contribute to the development of youth and make a tangible difference in the community.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Bachelor of Commerce
- **Experience**: ToT (Trainer of Trainers) certification is preferred
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for effectively training and engaging with students
- **Availability**: Immediate joiners preferred
