Job Title: Student Support cum Placement Officer

Location: 4E/10, Jhandewalan Extn., Behind Post Office, Near Videocon Tower, New Delhi - 110055 India

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one academic and career counseling to students to assist them in setting and achieving their educational and career goals.
- Develop and deliver workshops, seminars, and training sessions on topics such as resume writing, interview skills, networking, and job search strategies.
- Collaborate with faculty members to identify and address students' academic and career-related challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, job market demands, and employer expectations to better advise students.
- Liaise with employers and industry partners to identify internship and job opportunities for students.
- Coordinate career fairs, employer presentations, and networking events to facilitate students' engagement with potential employers.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, career development activities, and placement outcomes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, human resources, or a related field.

Proven experience in career counseling, student advising, or recruitment, preferably in an educational setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students, faculty, and employers.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Knowledge of career development theories, counseling techniques, and assessment tools.

Familiarity with job search strategies, employment trends, and professional networking platforms.

Work Timings:
WFO : 10AM - 6 PM (6 days working, Sunday off)

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
