**Job Title: Placement Coordinator**

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Placement Coordinator to join our team.

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Placement Coordinator to assist our students in securing job placements after completing their courses. The Placement Coordinator will work closely with students, industry partners, and internal teams to facilitate successful placements and ensure a smooth transition from education to employment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with companies to understand their hiring needs.

2. Collaborate with course instructors to ensure students are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for job placements.

3. Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

4. Track placement outcomes and maintain accurate records of student placements.

5. Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the placement process.

6. Stay updated with industry trends and job market demands to enhance placement strategies.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Administration, etc.).

2. Proven experience in recruitment, placement services, or career counseling.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Knowledge of digital marketing or content writing industries is a plus.

6. Familiarity with job portals, recruitment platforms, and CRM systems.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
