Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance systems (Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, etc.).
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and JAD sessions to understand current processes and identify improvements.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with product owners, architects, QA, and development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Create process flows, use cases, BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and other analysis artifacts.
Support UAT planning and execution by defining test scenarios and validating delivered features.
Analyze data, trends, and reports to help drive insights and support business decisions.
Ensure alignment with insurance regulations and compliance standards (e.g., IRDAI, HIPAA, Solvency II depending on region).
Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management processes.
