This is a product owner position is with minimum 5 years of experience and who will be responsible to maintain and deliver the backlog for products in Retail Business units like Point of Sale(POS), Self Checkout, Loyalty and Consumer Engagement.

The individual will also be responsible to communicate with different external core providers and create a backlog to enable integration with them.

The Individual will also work closely with the scrum teams to prioritize/refine and deliver the backlog as part of Program Increments.

Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering Agile Software Development Values pace over perfection Identify business pain points and opportunities User acceptance testing Rest API, JSON, Web services Experience working on cloud environments, preferably GCP

Mentoring and knowledge sharing HCM/HRMS implementation experience

Enterprise Data warehouse, Data marts, ETL Data review and Statistical Analysis Excellent communication and Documentation skills

Building strong relationship with stakeholders

Jira, Confluence, Visio, understanding the DB and SQL Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
