Business Analyst.
Principal Responsibilities
Superb attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality requirements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ability to speak knowledgeably with members of both the business and technical teams
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings of analysis
Strong teamwork, interpersonal, relationship and presentation skills
Strong problem solving and structuring skills, with ability to bring actionable insights through effective communication.
Understanding the business objective/ requirements and holistic analysis of the requirements considering existing functionality/functions to ensure project objective is achieved without breaking existing functionality/functions
Documenting requirements - Documenting requirements and writing down solution by using artifacts (user stories, Confluence, PPT ) during the implementation of business solution.
Review and approve finished development work before release into production (GCB5)
Facilitating the elicitation and evaluation of business requirements for delivering new or enhanced software systems, and measuring the success of the associated initiatives( GCB 5)
**Requirements**:
3+ Experience on retail products, account opening, operation workflow, business processing ( BA GCB 6 ) / 6+ Experience on retail products, account opening, operation workflow, business processing (GCB5)
Domain knowledge on one of the areas of retail banking, commercial banking, payments, lending
Exposure towards HSBC systems is desirable
Agile, Scrum, Story Writing & Grooming
Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
