**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and provide necessary information.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow up as required.
- Promote company services/products when needed.
- Ensure a positive customer experience with a professional and friendly approach.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Hindi and English**is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and polite approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling calls.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfortable in handling customer interactions over the phone.

Pay: ₹10,066.59 - ₹15,922.74 per month
