The IT Support Executive is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users within an organization. This role involves resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting network problems, and assisting with IT-related inquiries. The IT Support Executive ensures smooth operation of computer systems, peripherals, and network infrastructure, and contributes to maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment. Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. User Support and Issue Resolution:

- Respond to IT-related inquiries and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

2. System Administration and Maintenance:

- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation and security.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best

- Assist in the procurement, setup, and deployment of computer hardware and software.
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and track hardware and software licenses.

4. Network Support and Troubleshooting:

- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, such as routers, switches, and

firewalls.
- Support the configuration and troubleshooting of wireless networks and access points.
- Collaborate with network administrators to resolve network-related problems.

5. Security and Data Protection:

- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures, including antivirus software,

firewalls, and access controls.
- Educate end-users on security best practices and policies.
- Support data backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor and report security incidents or breaches, following established protocols.

6. Documentation and Training:

- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Document IT support processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools, systems, and procedures.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends related to IT support.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or

equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting IT issues.
- Familiarity with network concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using remote support tools and IT service management software.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection.

IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience preferred

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
