**Designation : Academic Counsellor**

**Experience : 2 -6 year**
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, social media, referrals, and online research.
- **Outbound Calling**:

- Follow up on leads promptly to ensure maximum conversion.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Address inquiries and provide detailed information about the training programs, including benefits, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve overall performance.
- **Communication**:

- **Follow-Up**:

- Maintain a follow-up schedule to ensure timely and consistent communication.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, and any customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance, and results to management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, improve processes, and achieve collective goals.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the education and training sector.
- **Training and Development**:

- Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Stay updated on the college’s training programs, policies, and procedures.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure a positive experience for all potential and existing clients.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Ensure all communications and interactions comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
