**DESIGNATION **:Academic Counsellor
**QUALIFICATION **:Graduate (BCA, BTech, MCA background will be added advantage)
**LOCATION **:Gurgaon
**LOCALITY **:Unitech Cyber Park
**CTC BUDGET**: 4-6 LPA + Incentive
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**: 2-5 years in EdTech field.
**WORK DAYS**: Monday to Saturday
**WORK TIMINGS**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**NOTICE PERIOD **:15 days
**OTHER CRITERIA**: Experience in counselling for colleges/universities/edtech/ training centeres admission
**INTERVIEW PROCEDURE**: 2 ROUNDS - 1ST ROUND TELEPHONIC WITH HR - 2ND ROUND GMEET(WITH MANAGERS & OTHER PANELISTS), LATER SALARY NEGOTIATION ROUND
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Convert leads to enrolments and meet monthly targets on a consistent basis and meet KPIs.
- Responsible for the end-to-end enrolment process, which includes Admission fee collections, finance offers, and EMI collections as per payment terms, along with relevant proofs.
- Understand student needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program.
Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.
- Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
