Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and sales activities.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and deliver sales proposals tailored to client needs.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with existing clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to clients.
