Billing and Finance Coordinator

We are a leading interior design and architecture firm, creating innovative and functional spaces. We’re looking for a Billing and Finance Coordinator to manage invoicing, GST, taxation, and overall project financials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage client invoices, including GST calculations and tax compliance.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate billing and project budget tracking.
- Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Track and reconcile GST and other taxes for all invoices.
- Assist with preparing tax returns (GST, VAT, and other applicable taxes).
- Maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and support monthly/year-end reporting.
- Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in billing, finance, or accounting (preferably in design, construction, or architecture).
- Knowledge of GST, taxation, and tax filing processes.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
