Role & responsibilities

Billing Coordinator (North) Pan - India basis

Roles & Responsibilities at Project Sites

  1. Billing & Documentation

  2. Coordinate and submit invoices to clients as per project contract terms.

  3. Collect measurement sheets, work completion certificates, and supporting documents from site engineers/PMs.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate between site engineers, project managers, accounts, and clients for smooth billing processes.
  • Ensure timely approval of bills from clients/consultants.
  • Follow up with clients for pending payments and billing clarifications.
  • Act as a bridge between project site and HO/accounts team for financial documentation.

4. Reporting & Monitoring

  • Prepare periodic billing status reports (raised, approved, paid, pending).

5. Site-Level Responsibilities

  • Collect daily/weekly progress reports from site engineers for billing preparation.
  • Ensure timely handover of billing files and records at project closeout.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qulaification :-

Freshers with any degree with B.com/ BBA with Accounts background is preferable

Benifits:-

Should be in a Position to travel across north india.

Travel will be taken care by company for official visits to project sites.

CTC:-

3,00,000/- PA
