**Job Summary**

Dr. Rahul's Elder Care is seeking a courteous and proactive Customer Service Executive to manage incoming phone calls and provide detailed information about our services to potential clients and their families. The role requires attending to calls both during regular clinic hours (9 am to 6 pm) and after-hours, ensuring continuous support and exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Phone Call Management**:

- Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the services offered at Dr. Rahul's Elder Care.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance to callers effectively.
- **Customer Support**:

- Assist prospective clients and their families in understanding the care options available.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for potential clients.
- Follow up with inquiries to ensure all questions are answered and information is provided.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Keep updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with the nursing and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- **After-Hours Support**:

- Handle after-hours calls, ensuring callers receive the support and information they need.
- Forward urgent issues to the appropriate on-call staff members.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer skills for managing records and scheduling appointments.
- Languages
- Tamil, English

**Work Schedule**
- **Clinic Hours**: 9 am to 6 pm
- **After-Hours**: On-call for phone support outside of regular clinic hours, including nights and weekends.

**Salary**
- 12,000 - 14,000 per month
