Customer Support Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues through both voice and chat support.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
- Communicate effectively in English and Hindi, maintaining a professional tone.
- Accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Adapt to varied customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
**Requirements**:
Skills: Excellent communication in English and Hindi; clear voice; pass Versant-4 or equivalent.
Qualification: Graduation in any field.
Experience: Freshers or experienced
Versanr score: versant 5 is needed
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
