**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outside Work**: Willingness to perform outside tasks such as collecting and delivering documents, purchasing items, and coordinating with external vendors as needed.
- **Must have 2 wheeler.**:
- **Stationery Management**: Ensure that all office supplies, such as stationery, are well-stocked and order more when necessary.
- **Office Management**: Assist in managing the cleanliness and organization of the office, including maintaining storage areas and ensuring items are properly stored and labeled.
- **Managing Office guest house**:
- **Printing and Documentation**: Operate office printers, photocopiers, and scanners. Ensure that printing tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreements.
- **Storage Management**: Keep track of inventory in storage areas, regularly check for needed items, and ensure the proper organization of storage spaces.
- **Honesty and Integrity**: Demonstrate a high level of honesty, sincerity, and reliability in all tasks and responsibilities.
- **General Office Support**: Assist in setting up meeting rooms, serving refreshments, and handling other administrative tasks as required.
- Should know how to place an order online
- Should be able to coordinate with buliding housekeeping for operational things.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- **Skills**: Basic knowledge of office equipment like printers and photocopiers, ne. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- **Attributes**: Honest, reliable, and willing to take on various tasks. A proactive approach to work with a positive attitude.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Language : Telugu (Must), Hindi(Must).
**Work Schedule**:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required.
**Salary**: 12k to 15 k
