**Admin Assistant Job Description**:
- Plan, coordinate, and book business travel (Bus, Train, Flights and hotels) for employees and guests.
- Manage travel budgets, expense reports, and travel-related vendor contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings
- Serve as the primary contact for travel-related issues and emergencies.
- Oversee and schedule routine maintenance for office facilities and equipment (like Lift, A/C)
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repair and maintenance
- Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service contracts.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 2 to 3 years experience in admin and facility management in mall or retail preferable
- Must have handled large offices
- Strong budgeting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle emergency situations
- Experience in travel coordination.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,321.98 - ₹35,000.00 per month
