**Job Summary**:
Gravton Motors is looking for a motivated and reliable Helper Admin to assist with administrative tasks at our Cherlapally office. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in administration, with the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including filing, sorting, and organizing documents.
- Help with the coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Assist with data entry, updating records, and maintaining office databases.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist in maintaining employee attendance records.
- Help in the preparation of documents and reports as requested by the senior team members.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Support in organizing meetings, appointments, and events when required.
- Assist in other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: SSC (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and internet browsing.
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
