**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in reaching out to prospective parents to provide information about our school's

programs and offerings.
- Support in effectively communicating the value proposition of Cyboard School to prospective

students and families.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to achieving set monthly and quarterly sales targets by

converting leads into Admissions.
- Assist in maintaining a database of leads, follow up with inquiries, and track progress towards

sales goals.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Learn and contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective

parents.
- Assist in addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and empathetic

manner.
- Provide support in delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all

prospective students.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated on educational trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and admissions teams to enhance the school's

offerings and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a commitment to contributing to the achievement of

sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
