Real Estate Sales Executive

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented **female Sales Executive** with a passion for real estate and excellent communication skills. This role will involve handling client inquiries, showcasing properties, closing deals, and providing after-sales support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in and online property inquiries.
- Understand clients' property requirements and offer suitable project options.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong customer relationship throughout the sales cycle.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain and update CRM tools and sales reports regularly.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, open houses, and project launches.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 1-4 years in real estate sales or a customer-facing sales role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be presentable, well-groomed, and confident.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Should be based in or willing to relocate to Noida.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
