**Collections Executive Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing the company’s Outstanding Invoices.
- Contacting Retailers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Preparing customer financial statements.
- Circulating Payment Reminder Letters.
- Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
- Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
- Responding to customer queries.

**Collections Executive Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS EXCEL, MS Power Point.
- Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
- Prior experience of working in similar job profile from Mall / Credit Card Collection or Telephone bill collection

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
