**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Tiruppur. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Site Supervisor will also collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all work is being performed safely, efficiently, and effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in construction or architecture
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety standards, and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
