Warehouse Supervisor


Initial Location:
Tiruppur (to be relocated to Bangalore once warehouse shifts)


Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting demands.

Supervise inward and outward movement for
EBO
.

Maintain documentation and update stock records in the system.

Coordinate with warehouse staff for smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

Possess basic computer knowledge for inventory management.

Be physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities.

Show willingness to work hard and stay committed long-term.

Coordinate with
EBO Store Staff
and resolve queries.

Coordinate with
Logistics Team
and track dispatch & delivery.

Coordinate with
Merchandise Team
and place orders in
WMS software
.

Key Skills:

Ability to handle up to
20 manpower
.

Knowledge of
WMS (Increff)
basics.

Proficiency in
Excel / Google Sheets
— including
VLOOKUP
and
Pivot Tables
.

Preferred Candidate Profile:


Minimum
2+ years
of hands-on experience in warehousing.


Strong problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.


Ability to work independently and communicate insights effectively.
