**Job summary**

Seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to join our team in the Airport, Metro, and Data Center sector. This full-time, office-based role involves creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) with a focus on accuracy and compliance to design specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **3D Modeling and Detailing**: Develop and manage detailed 3D models using BIM software, ensuring alignment with project specifications and design protocols.
- **Collaboration with Project Teams**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the BIM models meet project requirements and facilitate smooth project execution.
- **Model Coordination**: Conduct regular model reviews and updates to coordinate with other disciplines and resolve any design clashes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of BIM models, providing regular reports on model progress and accuracy.
- **Software Proficiency**: Revit, Navisworks, Auto-CAD, BIM 360

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 2-6 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in relevant industries such as Airport, Metro, or Data Center construction.
- **Education**: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree is required.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software tools is essential.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with international BIM standards and protocols
