- Configure and optimize Nexthink suite (Infinity, Amplify, Flow) for digital experience monitoring.
- Analyse digital experience data to detect patterns and provide actionable insights.
- Automate workflows and monitoring tasks using PowerShell and automation frameworks.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize performance metrics and trends.

- Expertise in Nexthink suite (Infinity, Amplify, Flow) and related components.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills for database management and data analysis.
- Experience in Windows Server and desktop administration

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration within IT teams.
- Continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies
