We are hiring for our client who is currently among the Top Insurance Brokers in India.

**Job description**

**Designation**: Quality Executive

**Experience**: 2 years

**Notice period**: Max 30 days

**Shift Timing**:Day Shift (9.30 AM to 6.30 PM) Mon
- Sat(1st Sat off)

**Mode of Work**: WFO (Powai)

**Interview Mode**: Face to Face

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and evaluating call quality standards by studying inbound and outbound calls (recorded or side-by-side or barged), and conducting test calls to agents/service representatives on new products.
- Assessing agent performance by measuring skills in use of scripts, product knowledge, sales and service abilitygreeting, diction, listening, etiquette, objection handling, efficiency, and courteous close of call.
- Conducting quality audits.
- Maintaining and updating quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.

**Desired Profile**:

- Min 02 Yr into Health/life Insurance Process as QA.
- Strong communication & Presentation skills.
- Well versed with Excel.
