**About IS&T Corporate Systems**:
Mission of Corporate Systems is to ensure consistent, transparent and standard methods to deliver high-quality, best-in-class business systems with strong governance that are timely, compliant, innovative, and support the mission of Bechtel Business Services (BBS), Human Resources (HR), Management Information & Planning (MI&P) and Industrial Relations (IR).

The core function of Corporate Systems is to Develop, implement, maintain and support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems supporting Global Payroll, Accounting, Budgeting, Tax, Financial Reporting, Legal, Procure-to-Pay, Facilities, Travel and Expenses, Time Collection, HR, IR, Benefits and Employee Assignment Management. It also Manage, monitor and maintain access controls, scheduled job runs and system integrations with internal and external upstream and downstream systems.

**About Vertical Shared Services**:
Our technology teams collaborate with their worldwide colleagues, vendors and partners every day to take on the challenges of providing IT support to one of the world's leading EPC companies. The Deployed Project Support group provides enterprise-wide support and solutions for all of Bechtel's Applications that is used on Bechtel Project through the World. Technology provides strategic and procedural support in all specialized disciplines, such as eTrack, Brassring, SAP and other project used Application used in Time and Attendance, Payroll and Big Data BI Reporting.

**Job Summary**:
**Major Responsibilities**:

- Develop CATT scripts / LSMW to assist in data conversions and mass data loads for users
- Develop queries using Adhoc query tool set in SAP
- working closely with IT team and stakeholders to understand data needs

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Knowledge of HCM Module including HR / Payroll / Benefits data flow processes.
- BE Computer science or MCA

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as the position would require working closely with IT team and stakeholders to understand data needs, analyze issues and provide appropriate solution.
- Desirable 2-3 SAP payroll configuration experience in SAP version ECC 6.0 or higher
- Solid work ethic, self-driven with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge in controlled development, testing, and production environments
- Knowledge of software development Lifecyle
- Strong written and oral communication skills
