**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Student Counselling & Guidance**:

- Counsel prospective students and guide them in selecting the **right training programs** based on their career goals.
- Conduct **one-on-one counseling sessions, webinars, and career guidance workshops**.
- Provide detailed information about **courses, certifications, fees, and career prospects**.
- Address students’ concerns about course content, learning outcomes, and job opportunities.

**Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Follow up with potential students to **convert inquiries into enrollments**.
- Maintain a database of student inquiries and track progress in **CRM tools**.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with **students, parents, and academic institutions**.
- Act as a **bridge between students and trainers**, ensuring smooth communication.
- Gather **student feedback** and suggest improvements to training programs.

**Sales & Enrollment Targets**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly **student enrollment targets**.
- Suggest and implement strategies to **increase enrollments**.
- Work closely with the **marketing and sales team** to execute student outreach campaigns.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in student counseling, academic advising, or career guidance (preferably in the education/training sector).
- Excellent **communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills**.
- Ability to **empathize** with students and understand their learning needs.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools**.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a **fast-paced startup environment**.
