Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Architect - ERP Migration

**Job Description**:
We are hiring a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Architect to lead a crucial ERP migration project. As the Dynamics Architect, you will be instrumental in transitioning our client from a custom ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Your expertise in Point of Sale (POS) projects, proficiency in modeling ordering processes, and extensive knowledge of inventory management are key for success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the current custom ERP system and design a seamless migration plan to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Architect and implement robust solutions for POS projects, focusing on optimizing customer experience and streamlining sales processes.
- Develop and model ordering processes, ensuring efficient and accurate order management within Dynamics Business Central.
- Utilize your expertise in inventory management to design effective inventory tracking and control mechanisms in the new ERP system.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of APIs, OData, Power Platform, and other integration technologies to enable seamless data flow between systems.
- Leverage knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce and integration technologies like MuleSoft to enhance cross-platform integration capabilities.
- Work closely with the development team to customize and extend Dynamics Business Central functionality according to the specific requirements of the jewelry company.
- Utilize your expertise in databases, particularly SQL Server, to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity within the ERP system.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in ERP migrations, specifically from custom ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Extensive experience in POS projects, modeling ordering processes, and inventory management within ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, OData, Power Platform, and other integration technologies.
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce and integration technologies such as MuleSoft is a significant advantage.
- Expertise in databases, especially SQL Server, is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central and related technologies would be a strong asset.

Location: Remote - Overlap with EST

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
