What you'll do
- You will report to Manager Software Dev to contribute toward our growing Encompass Pro team
- You will participate in PI planning sessions to work closely with product stakeholders such as Senior Product Owners, Product Management Team or Client Services Team.
- Responsible for defining Feature Acceptance Criteria by capturing product management team’s point of view on user stories and use cases.
- Responsible for grooming and prioritizing team’s PI and defect backlogs effectively.
- Collaborate with Product Management Team, Technical Leads, and other Product Owners on cross-functional features to develop business use cases.
- Help assist the team in deriving the estimate and PI timelines.
- Help the team understand the Feature Acceptance Criteria and ensure the overall implementation provides the intended value by resolving ambiguities around functional and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate the team with exploratory testing and ensure the PI delivery is in line with expectation.
- Officially accepts the stories developed by team that meets the acceptance criteria and facilitate demo sessions with appropriate stakeholders.
You should have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Ability to communicate complex product requirements clearly and effectively, in written and verbal form.
- Ability to break down business problems or solutions into smaller units that can be understood and delivered by a team.
- Experience in coordinating multiple scrum teams.
- Hands on experience with Atlassian products like Confluence, Jira and team collaboration tools is preferred.
- Exposure to API testing tools like Postman/Swagger is preferred.
- Exposure to SAFe agile principles and methodologies is preferred.
- Industry experience in telecom BSS is preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and co-ordination skills across region agnostic teams.
