Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages accounts receivable collection & Cash Application process-
- Work with Sales organization to address the delinquent accounts and build relations for smooth functioning of the business units.- Perform research and resolve invoice dispcrepancies in a timely manner.- Conduct weekly reviews with the juniors to help them drive cash flow.- Helping the Management in Cash forecasting.- Working with the team and sales to analyse the delinquent accounts and follow the dunning process.- Participate in Process improvements projects.- Implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, relating to accounts receivable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.- Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information.- Maintain complete documentation accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, as required.- Ad hoc projects, as deemed necessary

Cash Application:
- Post high-volume of cash daily-
- Process bank rejects/NSF checks- Reconcile lockbox and other activity to bank account, and internal spreadsheets.- Perform research and initiate resolution of unapplied cash items by consulting customers.- Work directly with customers to improve remittance processes and enhance relationships.Maintain detailed documentation of events, i.e. conversations, contacts, discrepancies, etc.

What You’ll Need:
- Commerce/Finance graduate / MBA Finance- 10+ Years of Experience in Account Receivables (End to End process)- Sound Accounting knowledge and understanding.- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.- Understanding of ERP. NetSuite experience is preferred- Excellent communication skills is a must with a good command over written and spoken English.- Good Analytical & Problem solving skills apart from an understanding of business accounting.- Experience with a “Shared Resource Centre” will be a big plus.- Open to work in shifts based on business needs- Shift Time - 9:00PM-6:00AM
