KEY EXPECTED RESULTS
1 The organization and projects meet the requirements of security and personal data protection requirements for assigned perimeter.
2 The scope is controlled and adopted to Security by design framework for Cloud deliverables
3 Internal control process is adopted by Cloud security architecture in a manner which should provide good security posture and reliable service by having customised configuration of cloud tenants which should fulfil the need of security by design.
4 Cloud design architectures are adopted keeping in mind the dynamic environment and with realistic approach to support the business needs and requirement
5 Non conformities are followed-up until closure
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
1 NB of vulnerabilities observed, security problems encountered, relevance of security solutions implemented.
Wherever possible specific recommendations are created.
2 Architecture Data is stored on Archimate(Tool of Michelin),
Chain of documents are maintained with revision control ,
Specifications are well documentation for decision making process and evaluation
3 Results of pen-test should not reveal any minor / major vulnerability
4 Successful deployment of project with no major issues reported by business and with no major vulnerability exposure for exploitation of hacker
5 Rate of corrective action plans resolved during the year.
