Key Responsibilities:

- **Admissions Process Management**:

- Organize and manage admissions documentation and maintain accurate records in the database.
- **Student Recruitment**:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students.
- Attend educational fairs, community events, and other recruitment opportunities.
- Host and coordinate open houses, campus tours, and informational sessions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective families, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with faculty, administration, and marketing teams to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Analyze admissions data to monitor enrollment trends and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates to the school leadership on admissions targets and progress.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Support the development of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
- Leverage social media and other platforms to connect with potential applicants.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- **Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in admissions, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Experience in an educational setting is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using admissions management software or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
- **Attributes**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
