**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, complaints, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Provide product/service guidance and support to customers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce recurring issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and assist in identifying areas for service improvement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant work experience may be considered.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional demeanor.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or support software.
- Team player with a customer-first attitude and attention to detail.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in fintech customer support.
