We are hiring a customer relation support representative to manage customer follow ups and enquiries. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintaining a constant attitude of positivity, empathy, and professionalism toward clients.

Using a variety of platforms to contact customers

Recognizing and addressing client complaints.

Knowing our products inside and out so you can communicate with clients.

Keeping track of client communications, activities, remarks, and complaints.

Interacting and collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team.

Providing comments on how effective the customer service procedure is.

Make sure customers are happy and offer effective customer service.

**Requirements**:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Positive and optimistic attitude.

Goal-oriented and self motivated.

Problem-solving drive to help customers.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
