- Primary Responsibilities
- GMP and overgown adherence on shop floor
- Create the plan by referring daily dipping schedule and production budget to ensure timely availability of color solutions for FT preparations
- Based on the created plan, check the availability of the stock and raise the requisition of the material to the Stores, verify the received material is as per the specified batch & quantity.
- In case of non-availability/shortfall of material (requisition of general engineering spares required in Gelatine dept on daily basis), escalate to the higher authority.
- Ensure 100% online documentation and SAP entries of color to meet the GMP requirements
- Execute the color and additive preparation to meet the requirements of FT preparation as per SOP
- Generate and affix in-process status label to color tank to meet GDP requirements and for the ease of identifications/to avoid cross contamination.
- Key Result Areas
- Create the plan and execute the color solution & additive preparation process with online documentation to ensure timely availability of color solutions/additives with correct concentration for FT preparation for next 24 hours.

- First time right feed tank preparation by complying all relevant SOP as per schedule
