**Job Description: Data Entry Operator - Electric Bus Operations (Maharashtra)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Operator to support the daily operations of our electric bus fleet across Maharashtra. The role involves receiving Form 4 data from Depot Managers, entering and uploading it into Google Sheets/Excel and our proprietary software (TwarIT), and ensuring daily follow-ups with depot managers for data validation, approvals, and reconciliation. Additionally, the operator will be responsible for maintaining daily charging reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Data Entry and Upload**:
Collect Form 4 data from Depot Managers daily, ensuring all operational information (e.g., trip logs, driver allocations, battery usage) is recorded accurately.

Input data into Google Sheets/Excel and upload it into TwarIT software in a timely and efficient manner.

**2. Follow-ups and Coordination**:
Coordinate with Depot Managers regularly to ensure timely data validation, approvals, and reconciliation of entered information.

Follow up on discrepancies or missing data and resolve any data-related issues in collaboration with the operations team.

**3.Reporting**:
Complete and maintain daily charging reports, including the status of bus charging, battery usage, and efficiency metrics.

Ensure that all reports are up to date and available for review by operations and management teams.

**4.Reconciliation**:
Perform daily reconciliation of operational data, ensuring consistency between the data collected and real-time operations.

Address and rectify any mismatches or discrepancies in coordination with depot managers.

**5.Documentation and Compliance**:
Ensure that all data is entered according to company guidelines and complies with operational procedures.

Assist in preparing reports for audits, operational reviews, and compliance checks.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualification**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Diploma or Degree in any stream preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a transport, logistics, or operations environment.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and familiarity with data management software.
- Experience with software platforms such as TwarIT (or similar operational software) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow up and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

**Language Skills**:
Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
