**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
Job Title : Academic Counselor

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to manage qualify leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Handling large number of calls per day (100+) and meet weekly/ monthly targets.
- Flexibility to travel within Bangalore for Expo / Events etc. (only when required)
- Flexibility to travel to JIRS campus for training / parent counselling etc (only when required)

**Qualification & Skills**:
Graduate/Post Graduate from any discipline.

Experience in school/ college/university preferred.

Experience of telecalling and EdTech preferred.

Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong planning and people reading skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Outstanding persuasion skills to resolve issues of students.

**Employment Type**: Full time -On Site.
