**Job Title: Real Estate Salesperson**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Guide clients through the property listing and closing process.
- Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
- Provide market analysis to determine property value and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, leads, and referrals.
- Stay current with real estate trends, market conditions, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys as needed.
- Ensure a smooth and positive client experience from start to finish.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Valid real estate salesperson license (required).
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong sales background.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online listing platforms.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of local real estate market and property values.
- Bilingual abilities (if applicable).
- Customer-focused with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
**Compensation**:
- Commission-based with potential bonuses and incentives.
