Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gaya for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and expanding the distributor and retailer network, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and implementing promotional activities. The role also involves conducting market analysis, developing strategies to enhance market penetration, training distribution networks per banking mandates, and providing exceptional customer support to maintain strong business relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Target Achievement, and Business Development
  • Strong understanding of Market Analysis and Strategy Implementation
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Negotiation Skills
  • Experience in creating and managing Business-to-Business Partnerships
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Payment Solutions and Financial Products
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using sales and reporting tools is preferred
