**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in lead generation and follow-up on inquiries from potential buyers and clients.
- Conduct property showings and presentations to prospective buyers.
- Prepare sales contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- **Marketing Activities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for properties, including online and offline strategies.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to promote listings.
- Coordinate professional photography and virtual tours to enhance property visibility.
- **Market Research**:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Gather and maintain data on property values, sales, and demographics.
- **Client Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Prepare promotional materials and newsletters to communicate with clients and prospects.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining the CRM system, updating property listings, and scheduling appointments.
- Support the sales team with reports, presentations, and other required documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- No EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
