We are looking for a Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, supplier relations, and procurement strategies to support our manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for raw materials, components, and equipment required for manufacturing.
- Sourcing & Negotiation: Obtain competitive quotations, negotiate prices, and establish cost-effective procurement agreements.
- Purchase Planning: Collaborate with the production and design teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Order Processing: Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining accurate records.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, new suppliers, and alternative materials that can enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in kitchen equipment, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing raw materials, stainless steel, refrigeration components, and other kitchen equipment materials is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
