We are looking for a motivated **Inside Sales Trainee**to support our business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research potential markets and customer needs to support lead generation.
- Interact with potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Learn to present and explain products/services to customers.
- Maintain basic reports on sales activities and progress.
- Support in negotiations and deal closures under guidance.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Gather customer feedback and share with the internal team.

**Eligibility**:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

**Job Details**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time (3 months probation period)
- **Location**: Work from Office
- **Stipend (During Probation)**: ₹15,000/month
- **CTC after Probation**: ₹4 LPA - ₹6 LPA (based on performance)
- **Additional Benefits**: Performance Bonus

**Job Type**: Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,373.25 per month
