**Senior CRM Executive**

**Work Experience**:5 to 8 years(Real Estate Industry experience preferred)

**Education** : Graduate/MBA

**Job Location **:Gr. Noida

**Annual CTC **:up to 4.8 Lakhs pa.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling calls regarding various queries and maintaining relationship with them. Getting these queries solved through coordination with the respective department, Branch or sub-broker, Product/Process Query handling.
- Should be focused on customer satisfaction.
- Checking Report on daily basis and sharing the same with customers.
- Follow-ups for Maintenance payments.
- Personal interaction with clients on Booking, Quotation and Payment Schedule Preparation.

- Should possess good communication skills and presentation Skills.
- Willing to Learn and implement.
- Good In Excel
- Strong Interpersonal skills

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Knowledge park 3, Greater Noida - Greater Noida, UP: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
