**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Telecaller** to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate sales, follow up on inquiries, or provide information. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
- Promote products or services and explain their benefits.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, or previous interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the system.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Schedule appointments for sales teams or site visits, if required.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer responses and market trends.

Pay: ₹10,876.27 - ₹23,000.00 per month
