- **Confidence**: Ability to confidently present and promote ADEM and its products to school Principals and Managements.

We are offering a **Sales and Marketing Internship** to Freshers eager to launch their careers in the EdTech space. The focus is on promoting **ADEM and its products** to schools across TamilNadu, enabling them to enhance their educational offerings through technology.

**Internship Structure**:

- **4-Month Internship in Tamil Nadu, India**:

- Engage with school principals, administrators, and decision-makers to introduce and promote **ADEM and its products** and generate leads.
- Build relationships with educational institutions and understand their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of ADEM in improving school operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert schools into customers.
- Track and report conversion, engagement levels, and client feedback.
- **Top Performers Internship**:

- The **top 5 interns** who show consistent results will be selected for a **2-month internship in Dubai**, providing global exposure and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects.

**Stipend and Compensation**:

- **Internship Stipend**: A stipend of **Rs. 40,000 + incentives** will be provided for the internship.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Freshers with an interest in the EdTech Sector.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable presenting to school decision-makers and handling objections.
- Self-driven with a passion for learning and delivering results.
- Must have a passport with a minimum validity of one year or be willing to obtain a passport by **January 2025**.
- Owning a **two-wheeler **is mandatory for travel to different schools and client locations.
- Owning a **four-wheeler** will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to nearby cities for client meetings
- Willingness to attend Training program in Madurai for upto 5 days.
